Ability Infotech Shipping Policy , Exchange Policy, and Important Legal Disclosures

surpass market expectations. Our quality assurance processes are designed to minimize potential complications,
but occasionally unforeseen variables can occur. The sections below outline our shipping, exchange, and related policies.

1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Timeline

Ability Infotech provides shipping on all orders across India. Delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Tracking Information

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing them to monitor shipment progress through our website or courier partners.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, factors such as adverse weather, national holidays, strikes, or high volumes may cause unavoidable delays. Ability Infotech is not liable for delays caused by these external factors.

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, Ability Infotech will make up to two re-attempts to deliver. After that, the package will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

Ability Infotech offers an exchange-only policy; refunds are not provided. Exchanges are considered only under the conditions below.

Eligible Products
  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the original order.
  • Products that have not been used or tampered with and remain in original packaging (including tags, manuals, accessories).
Exchange Process
  • Customers must notify Ability Infotech within 48 hours of receiving the product via support@abilityinfotech.com.
  • Upon approval, Ability Infotech will arrange a free pick-up of the product.
  • Exchanges will be refused if issues are due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized tampering.
Product Inspection

We reserve the right to inspect and verify product condition before approving an exchange. If the product fails to meet exchange criteria, the request will be denied.

Unavailable Products

If a requested replacement is unavailable, we will provide an alternative product of equivalent or same value where possible. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

3. Important Legal Disclosures
Dispute Resolution

By purchasing from Ability Infotech, customers agree that disputes related to returns, exchanges, or refunds will first be addressed through direct communication with customer support. If unresolved, matters may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

Limitation of Liability

Ability Infotech shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. Our liability is strictly limited to product replacement or exchange as per this policy.
