  • Repair/service time does not reduce or extend the original warranty period.
  • Promotional items, free gifts, and complimentary products are excluded from warranty coverage.
1.3 Service and Repair Framework
  • All warranty repairs/spare replacements will be done exclusively through authorized service centers.
  • Service center decides whether repairs are on-site or at the facility.
  • Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or reconditioned meeting workable specs.
  • Replaced defective parts become the property of Ability Infotech.
  • Accessories are not included with repaired/replacement units unless covered.
2. Service Delivery and Customer Responsibilities
2.1 Geographic Service Coverage
  • For installations beyond municipal limits of authorized centers, customers bear collection, transport, and service expenses.
  • Inspection charges apply for diagnostic evaluations.
  • Professional installation/demo services are available at applicable charges and must be used within 1 months of purchase.
2.2 Warranty Limitations and Scope
  • Obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective components.
  • If spare parts are unavailable, depreciation guidelines determine resolution.
  • No liability for consequential damages, data loss, third-party claims, or economic losses.
